How do I order?

  • You can conveniently buy from our website. Simply add the styles you like to the shopping cart and checkout using your credit card (MasterCard/Visa). You can also use your Paypal account.

Is my personal information safe with you?

  • Absolutely. We will not sell your personal information to anyone. If you have elected to receive special offers and coupons etc. from us, we will send you those. If you have elected otherwise, we will not bother you with emails other than messages concerning your order.

How soon will you ship?

  • If your order is received before noon (Eastern time), it will ship the same day, else it will ship the following day. While we will try our best to meet this service level, there could be delays due to unavoidable circumstances, holidays, order volume etc. Once your order ships, you will receive an email from us.

Where do you ship from?

  • Our fulfillment warehouse is located in North Carolina and your order will ship from that location.

I chose standard shipping, what mode of transport do you use? how soon can I expect to receive my order?

I chose expedited shipping, when will i get my order?

  • We have a 2 day shipping option. Your order will ship the same day if placed before 12:00 pm Eastern time. Else it will ship the next day. The order will arrive at your location two days after it has shipped.

Will tracking information be available?

  • Yes! You can track your order. Once your items have shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number.

What if I want to change or cancel my order?

  • As we aspire to ship your order as quickly as possible, it may be difficult to change your order, in all probability it will ship before we have a chance to change it. Feel free to send us your request contact us and we will try our best to apply the change before shipping. In case we cannot make the change, you will then need to ship the socks back to us for an exchange or refund. Please follow instructions below. You have to make sure that the socks are not removed from their packaging as for hygiene reasons we are then unable to exchange or provide a refund.

What if I want to return my purchase?

We offer a hassle free and transparent returns process.

  • Ensure items have not been removed from packaging, used or worn.
  • Contact us within 180 days of placing your order. Let us know which items you want to return.
  • Print and enclose a copy of the email we send you with your items for return and send to Drew Brady Company Inc. 9517-H Monroe Rd., Charlotte, NC 28270
  • We suggest you use a method which allows you to track the package in case we don't receive it.
  • We will verify your return and credit the value of your purchase less any shipping costs to the method of your purchase. You get your money back. (If you have availed our free shipping on two items or more, we will deduct $5.75, our flat rate shipping charge for one pair and refund the balance).

What if I want to exchange for another item?

  • Ensure items have not been removed from packaging, used or worn.
  • Contact us. Identify the items you don't want, tell us which ones you want.

  • We suggest you use a method which allows you to track the package in case we don't receive it.
  • Once we receive your items, we will verify the receipt and ship your new items to you.
  • We do not charge shipping for sending you your new items.
  • Only one exchange per order.

What if I receive a defective item?

  • Contact us. Send us the item back and we replace it for you. If the item in question is not available, we provide you with a Gift Card of equal value to buy anything else in the store.

What if I have opened an item and still want to return it?

Socks cannot be sold if they have been worn. The only way for us to be certain that they have never been worn is if the packaging is completely intact. This is important for hygiene reasons.

In extremely rare situations it may just happen that you have opened up one of our products, tried them on and found that it isn't right for you. We will accept the item back and issue you a Gift Card. This is limited to one open return per household.

If you received free shipping, we will charge $5.75 plus $2.50 for each item you choose to return. If you haven't received free shipping, we will just charge you $2.50 per item. A Gift card will be issued for difference between the discounted purchase value of the item and the charges.

You can follow this process to return an opened purchase:

  • Just send us an email. Identify the items you don't want.

  • We suggest you use a method which allows you to track the package in case we don't receive it.
  • Once we receive your items, we will verify the receipt and issue you a Gift Card which you can use for a future purchase at our store or gift it to anyone else you choose.

I see a transaction fee on my credit card, what is this?

We ship from North Carolina, however our company is based in Canada. Certain (Not all) credit card issuers charge a transaction fee for international transactions and this may be billed to you by your credit card issuer. We do not receive any part of this fee. We have no way of knowing which customer will be charged by their issuer. Should you see such a fee on your statement, please contact your credit card issuer for any clarifications.

Gift Cards and Discount Coupons?

Discount codes cannot be applied towards the purchase of Gift Cards.
