What if I want to change or cancel my order?

As we aspire to ship your order as quickly as possible, it may be difficult to change your order, in all probability it will ship before you have a chance to change it. Feel free to send us your request and we will try our best to apply the change before shipping. In case we cannot make the change, you will then need to ship the socks back to us for an exchange or refund. Please follow instructions below. You have to make sure that the socks are not removed from their packaging as for hygiene reasons we are then unable to exchange or provide a refund.

What if I want to return my purchase?

We offer a hassle free and transparent returns process.

  • Ensure items have not been removed from packaging, used or worn.
  • Email us within 60 days of placing your order. Let us know which items you want to return.

  • We suggest you use a method which allows you to track the package in case we don’t receive it.
  • We will verify your return and credit the value of your purchase less any shipping costs to the method of your purchase. You get your money back. (If you have availed our free shipping on two items or more, we will deduct $5.75, our flat rate shipping charge for one pair and refund the balance).

What if I want to exchange for another item?

  • We suggest you use a method which allows you to track the package in case we don’t receive it.
  • Once we receive your items, we will verify the receipt and ship your new items to you.
  • We do not charge shipping for sending you your new items.

What if I receive a defective item?

Send us the item back and we replace it for you. If the item in question is not available, we provide you with a voucher of equal value to buy anything else in the store.

What if I have opened an item and still want to return it? 

Socks and underwear cannot be resold if they have been worn. The only way for us to be certain that they have never been worn is if the packaging is completely intact. This is important for hygiene reasons.

In extremely rare situations it may just happen that you have opened up one of our products, tried them on and found that it isn’t right for you. We will accept the item back and issue you a voucher for the amount of your purchase less $10 (For orders upto $50 in value). For orders with value higher than $50, write to us and we will work out a solution for you.

You can follow this process to return an unwanted purchase:

  • Just send us an email. Identify the items you don’t want.

  • We suggest you use a method which allows you to track the package in case we don’t receive it.
  • Once we receive your items, we will verify the receipt and issue you a discount code which you can use for a future purchase at our store. (We will deduct $10 from the value of your original order and that will be the value of your voucher)
