The Men's Bamboo Solid Mix Crew Sock from Gentle Grip® is made from a modern super fiber derived from bamboo, to produce a non-binding soft-feel sock that's sure to help keep your feet comfortable all day long.

Gentle Grip® Socks are designed with our trademark HoneyComb Top™, which is constructed to carefully, comfortably mold to the natural contours of your leg, and - added to the easy fit style - means no nasty, leg-irritating constriction rings.

What if I want to change or cancel my order?

As we aspire to ship your order as quickly as possible, it may be difficult to change your order, in all probability it will ship before you have a chance to change it. Feel free to send us your request and we will try our best to apply the change before shipping. In case we cannot make the change, you will then need to ship the socks back to us for an exchange or refund. Please follow instructions below. You have to make sure that the socks are not removed from their packaging as for hygiene reasons we are then unable to exchange or provide a refund.

What if I want to return my purchase?

We offer a hassle free and transparent returns process.

  • Ensure items have not been removed from packaging, used or worn.
  • Email us within 60 days of placing your order. Let us know which items you want to return.
  • Enclose a copy of the email we send you with your items for return and send to: Drew Brady Company Inc. 5215 Lamar Avenue, Memphis, TN 38118
  • We suggest you use a method which allows you to track the package in case we don’t receive it.
  • We will verify your return and credit the value of your purchase less any shipping costs to the method of your purchase. You get your money back. (If you have availed our free shipping on two items or more, we will deduct $5.75, our flat rate shipping charge for one pair and refund the balance).

What if I want to exchange for another item?

  • Ensure items have not been removed from packaging, used or worn.
  • Just send us an email. Identify the items you don’t want, tell us which ones you want.

What if I receive a defective item?

Send us the item back and we replace it for you. If the item in question is not available, we provide you with a voucher of equal value to buy anything else in the store.

What if I have opened an item and still want to return it? 

Socks and underwear cannot be resold if they have been worn. The only way for us to be certain that they have never been worn is if the packaging is completely intact. This is important for hygiene reasons.

In extremely rare situations it may just happen that you have opened up one of our products, tried them on and found that it isn’t right for you. We will accept the item back and issue you a voucher for the amount of your purchase less $10 (For orders upto $50 in value). For orders with value higher than $50, write to us and we will work out a solution for you.

You can follow this process to return an unwanted purchase:

  • Just send us an email. Identify the items you don’t want.

  • We suggest you use a method which allows you to track the package in case we don’t receive it.

How soon will you ship?
Orders placed before 11am (Eastern time) will ship within 2 business days. While we will try our best to meet this service level, there could be delays due to unavoidable circumstances or holiday rush. Once your order ships, you will receive an email from us with tracking information.

Where do you ship from?
Our fulfillment warehouse is located in Tennessee and your order will ship from that location.

I chose standard shipping, what mode of transport do you use? how soon can I expect to receive my order?
